As a Baking Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods such as breads, pastries, muffins, and cookies according to established recipes and quality standards. This role involves measuring and mixing ingredients, monitoring baking times and temperatures, and ensuring products are fresh, consistent, and well-presented. You'll help maintain a clean and organized kitchen, follow food safety and sanitation procedures, and work closely with other team members to meet daily production goals. A strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a passion for baking are essential. While prior experience is helpful, we’re happy to train enthusiastic candidates who are eager to learn.
